For buildings marketing affordable units through the City, applications are submitted via NYC Housing Connect (HC2), the official affordable-housing lottery site. We coordinate the process and help applicants understand eligibility, documentation, and next steps.
Applications are free. LIV NYC never charges applicants a fee to apply.
